Rider Assistance

For an on-system incident or assistance, contact the People Mover Control Center at 313-963-0171. Emergency communication equipment is available in trains, stations, and elevators.

Report a non-urgent People Mover concern ↗. The report form is not monitored in real time. For immediate help, call the Control Center; for an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911.
