Equal Employment Opportunity
DTC’s employment nondiscrimination policy and complaint process.
Employment Policy
DTC’s January 2025 policy prohibits unlawful discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex—including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy—age, genetic information, disability, veteran status, retaliation, and other protected categories.
The policy covers recruitment, selection, promotion, training, transfer, demotion, layoff, termination, compensation, benefits, and other employment conditions. Reasonable accommodations are available for disability and religious practices unless they impose an undue hardship.
Questions & Complaints
Applicants and employees may report suspected discrimination or harassment to the EEO Officer. DTC prohibits retaliation for filing a complaint or participating in an investigation. Complaints are reviewed through an impartial inquiry, with confidentiality maintained as far as practical and consistent with that inquiry.
